There are places on our planet where we come to realize that everything is one—external and internal, microcosm and macrocosm. The mystery of Kalachakra. We learn to be present in the external world through concentration on the internal. But not through doctrines or established formulas—rather, by gaining inner knowledge.

 

A journey through the Kulu, Spiti, and Lahaul Valleys unveils new facets of consciousness in each individual. It is here that you realize it is not so important where the entrance to Shambhala lies, whether it ever existed, or the historical truth of the Battle of Kurukshetra, as described in the ancient epic, the Bhagavad Gita. The feeling of truth, beauty, and power that emerges in these places cannot be compared to anything else.

 

Here, a person finally begins to know and recognize themselves—their infinity and integrity, to see their path and their true nature along the way. The mesmerizing power of the Himalayan mountains, casting snow dust into the clouds and onto the earth. Rivers, sacred and seething with purity and uncompromising force. Air, ringing with its clarity and boundlessness.

 

Everything here unites within each person. Everything is realized.

Day 1 
Arrival in the Himalayas 

   •    Morning flight from Delhi to Dharamsala. Embark on your journey to the heart of the Himalayas, where a world of peace and profound transformation awaits.

    •    Check-in at a hotel with breathtaking views of the Himalayas.  Settle into your accommodation and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the mountains surrounding you.

    •    Rest after the flight. Take time to recover from your travels and begin to adjust to the tranquil rhythms of the region.

    •    Traditional tea ceremony.  Experience the art of mindfulness with a traditional tea ceremony, allowing yourself to relax and ground into the present moment.

    •    Meeting with our guide to the world of Knowledge. Meet your guide, who will lead you on an exploration of spiritual teachings and timeless wisdom.

    •    Group Sound Healing. A session designed to harmonize your energy, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner peace through sound and vibration.

Day 2
Touching Buddhism

   •    Morning practices. Start your day with grounding practices, preparing your body and mind for a journey of spiritual discovery.

    •    Visit to the Dalai Lama’s residence. Explore the residence of one of the world’s most revered spiritual leaders, where the energy of peace and wisdom fills the air.

    •    Learning about Tibetan Buddhism. Delve into the rich traditions and philosophies of Tibetan Buddhism, gaining insight into its profound approach to life and spirituality.

    •    Traditional Tibetan lunch.  Savor a traditional Tibetan meal, allowing the flavors to nourish both your body and soul.

    •    Visit to the Kalachakra Temple. Experience the sacred energy of the Kalachakra Temple, a place where the mystical teachings of time and consciousness come to life.

    •    Group meditation Macro-Microcosm. Engage in a meditation that expands your awareness, connecting the vast universe (macrocosm) with your inner world (microcosm).

Day 3
Transfer to the Valley of
the Gods

   •    Morning body practices and meditations. Begin the day with mindful movements and meditative practices that connect you with the earth and your inner self.

    •    Visit to the main temple complex. Explore the main temple complex, a sacred site where centuries of spiritual history are preserved in stone and prayer.

    •    Group meditation. Alternative techniques. Discover alternative meditation techniques that allow you to explore new pathways to mindfulness and self-awareness.

    •    Transfer through the Himalayan pass to the Valley of the Gods, Kullu. Journey through the majestic Himalayan pass, witnessing the awe-inspiring landscapes as you head towards the sacred Valley of the Gods.

    •    Accommodation in a hotel with panoramic views. Settle into your new home in the Valley of the Gods, where you will be surrounded by nature’s grandeur.

    •    Beginning of the Leela process. Initiate the Leela process, a transformative experience designed to deepen your spiritual practice and personal growth.

Day 4 
Sacred Temples, Meditation and body practices

•    Morning Meditation. Begin your day with a peaceful meditation at dawn, connecting with the stillness of the early morning and the sacred energy of the land.

    •    Departure to Naggar. Embark on a scenic journey to Naggar, a town steeped in history and spiritual significance, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas.

    •    Visit to the Roerich House-Museum. Explore the former home of the legendary artist Nicholas Roerich, whose work was deeply inspired by the Himalayas and its spiritual heritage. Discover the Urusvati Institute, a center dedicated to the preservation and study of Tibetan culture, art, and philosophy.

    •    Group Meditation. Engage in a group meditation that deepens your connection with the sacred surroundings and amplifies the group energy.

    •    Late Lunch at the Fort Overlooking the Valley.  Enjoy a late lunch at a historic fort with panoramic views of the valley, nourishing both your body and soul.

    •    Return to the Hotel. Head back to your hotel to relax and reflect on the day’s experiences.

    •    Continuation of the Leela Process. Continue your spiritual journey with the Leela process, allowing the teachings and energy of the day to guide your personal transformation.

Day 5
Non-Confessionalism and Unity. 

  •   Morning Practices. Start the day with body and breath work designed to align your energy and prepare you for the spiritual practices ahead.

    •    Visit to the Unique Hadimba Temple. Visit the Hadimba Temple, an ancient and sacred site surrounded by lush forests, where the divine feminine energy is palpable.

    •    Unforgettable Transfer to the Spiti Valley. Embark on a breathtaking journey to the Spiti Valley, a place of stark beauty and spiritual significance, where time seems to stand still.

    •    Visit to the Most Important Trilokha Temple. Explore the Trilokha Temple, a revered site known for its deep spiritual power and connection to the natural world.

    •    Accommodation in the Most Authentic Hotel. Stay in a traditional, authentic hotel that offers a true taste of the region’s culture and spiritual atmosphere.

Day 6
Spiti Valley

•    Participation in the Morning Puja in One of the Local Buddhist Monasteries. Begin your day by participating in a traditional Buddhist puja, a sacred ritual that connects you to the divine and the monastic community.

    •    Mastering Deep Meditation Techniques. Dive into profound meditation techniques that help you access deeper states of consciousness and inner peace.

    •    Meeting with a Tibetan Lama. Experience an intimate meeting with a Tibetan Lama, where you will receive insights and guidance on your spiritual journey.

    •    Traditional Lunch. Enjoy a nourishing traditional lunch, savoring the flavors of the region and the peace that surrounds you.

    •    Trek Through the Himalayan Landscapes. Embark on a trek through the rugged, awe-inspiring landscapes of the Himalayas, experiencing the vastness and majesty of this sacred land.

Day 7
Lahaul Valley

   •    Outdoor Practices. Begin the day with outdoor practices, connecting with the natural elements and grounding yourself in the energy of the land.

    •   Transfer to Lahud Valley.  Journey to the tranquil Lahud Valley, a hidden gem of natural beauty and spiritual significance.

    •    Accommodation in the Hotel. Settle into a comfortable, peaceful hotel nestled in the valley, where the sounds of nature will accompany you throughout your stay.

    •    Trek Through the Living Canvases of the Roerichs. Walk in the footsteps of the Roerichs, whose paintings immortalized the stunning landscapes of the Himalayas. Visit sacred sites that inspired their art.

    •    Meditation at Sacred Waterfalls. Connect with the healing energy of the sacred waterfalls, where you will meditate in the presence of their power and beauty.

    •    Preparing a Traditional Dinner. Participate in the preparation of a traditional dinner, learning about the culinary traditions of the region and sharing a meal with your fellow travelers.

Day 8
Time of Sacred Intimacy

    •    Early Departure for Kora: Begin the day with an early morning kora, a sacred walk around a holy site, allowing you to connect with the divine and the land in a profound way.

    •    Breathing Practices and Meditations.  Engage in deep breathing and meditation practices that help you immerse fully in the present moment, drawing you into your own inner world.

    •    Assistance from Facilitators. Receive personal guidance from our facilitators, who will help you deepen your practice and spiritual journey.

    •    Move to Manali. Journey to the vibrant town of Manali, where the energy of the valley meets the peaceful rhythms of the mountains.

    •    Evening Sharing. Gather in the evening for a group sharing session, where you can reflect on your experiences and insights gained during the journey.

Day 9. 
Return To a New Reality

•    Early Departure to Chandigarh. Begin your return journey with an early departure to Chandigarh, the gateway back to the modern world. 

Reflect on the incredible experiences you’ve had while slowly transitioning back to the outside world.

•  Flight to Delhi. Return Home with a New Awareness. As your journey concludes, you will return home carrying the deep wisdom and peace you’ve gained, with a heightened sense of awareness and connection to the world around you. The journey doesn’t end here—what you’ve learned will continue to guide and inspire you, opening new paths for personal and spiritual growth.

This program can be extended with a move to Leh and Zanskar, where new spiritual adventures await to further deepen your connection with the sacred.
