Day 1
Time To Meet
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be welcomed into the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of Nepal's capital city.
After landing, you'll proceed to the immigration area for visa-on-arrival services. Have your passport, completed visa application form, and fee (cash or CB) ready for a smooth experience.
Once through, you’ll collect your luggage and meet your designated guide or driver, holding a placard with SMATEOM, ready to assist with your transfer.
At the hotel, you'll be warmly greeted, offered a refreshing welcome drink, and assisted with the check-in process.
To ease travel fatigue, you'll have the option of a Sound Healing Session or a Relaxing Massage.
Following dinner, a casual group meeting will take place to discuss common and individual goals for the trip. Share your personal aspirations and learn about the group’s collective objectives.

Day 2
Time to start deep conversation with yourself
Visit Swayambhunath and Boudha Stupas for deep immersion and connection with sacred energy. Meditation session and teaching.
Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple is ancient stupa and a symbol of enlightenment, blending Buddhist and Hindu traditions, and is revered for its serene atmosphere, intricate architecture, and spiritual significance.
Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest in the world and a spiritual heart of Kathmandu. Surrounded by prayer wheels and vibrant monasteries, this sacred site is a major center of Tibetan Buddhism. Its massive white dome and all-seeing eyes symbolize wisdom and compassion, drawing pilgrims and visitors seeking peace and spiritual connection.

Day 3
Time of Purification: Embracing Transformation and Renewal
Our journey begins at the revered Baglamukhi Temple, a sanctuary dedicated to the divine feminine energy. Here, we will pay homage to the powerful Goddess Baglamukhi, renowned for her ability to bestow wisdom, clarity, and the removal of obstacles.
Next, we will continue with a meditation session at the breathtaking Golden Temple (Hiranya Varna Mahavihar), a masterpiece of Newari architecture and devotion. This historic Buddhist monastery offers a tranquil space for reflection and a deep connection to timeless wisdom. During our visit, we will delve further into the teachings of Vajrayana Buddhism, enriching our understanding of this profound spiritual path.
The day concludes with a unique opportunity to meet the Living Goddess (Kumari). This extraordinary encounter allows us to witness an ancient tradition that honors the embodiment of the divine in human form—a rare and profound moment that connects us to Nepal’s vibrant spiritual legacy.


Day 4
Time to discover your inner world
Pharping is a spiritually significant destination nestled in the lush outskirts of Kathmandu. This sacred place is revered for its deep connection to Tibetan Buddhism and its role as a meditative retreat for many spiritual masters.
Our exploration begins with a visit to the self-arisen Tara image, a miraculous manifestation believed to embody the compassionate energy of the goddess Tara. This sacred site exudes an aura of divine feminine power and serves as a source of blessings and inspiration for devotees.
Sacred cave of Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava), a revered meditation site where the great master is said to have attained enlightenment. The cave's serene and powerful energy invites us to connect with the wisdom of this spiritual teacher and reflect on our own inner journey.
We will also visit the beautiful Buddhist monasteries that adorn this area, their architecture, and chanting echoing the essence of devotion and mindfulness.


Day 5
Time To explore New World and New States.
This day is an exciting transition from urban Kathmandu to the breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas. It marks the start of a profound spiritual adventure, as you journey toward Kagbeni, the Gateway to Tibet.
Early Morning short 45-minute flight to Pokhara offers stunning aerial views of the Himalayan range, including Annapurna, Manaslu, and Dhaulagiri peaks.
From Pokhara, board a smaller plane for a 25-minute flight to Jomsom, the district headquarters of Mustang.
This flight is an adventure in itself, flying through the world’s deepest gorge, the Kali Gandaki Valley, flanked by the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
At Jomsom, you'll switch to sturdy jeeps for the drive to Kagbeni.
The road follows the Kali Gandaki River, known for its Shaligram stones, and offers mesmerizing views of windswept valleys, barren hills, and snow-capped peaks.
As you approach Kagbeni, often referred to as the “Gateway to Upper Mustang”, you'll sense the spiritual significance of the region, steeped in Tibetan Buddhist culture.
Spend the afternoon acclimatizing to the altitude (approx. 2,800 meters)


Day 6
Spiritual Connection,
Exploration and Rebirth
This day is designed to immerse you in the sacred energy of Kagbeni and Muktinath, blending ancient traditions with personal introspection and spiritual growth.
Start the day early in the serene village of Kagbeni, surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan landscapes
Feel the sacred vibrations of chanting, drumbeats, and cymbals as they echo through the ancient halls, creating a profound sense of peace and reverence at the ancient monastery, one of the oldest and most revered monasteries in the region
Participate in a traditional morning puja ( prayer ceremony), led by local monks, light butter lamps and offer prayers, deepening your connection to the spiritual energy of the space.
Transfer to Muktinath.
The journey offers stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, with glimpses of traditional villages and rugged terrain.
Explore the Muktinath Temple complex, a site dedicated to Vishnu and Avalokiteshvara. Experience the 108 sacred water spouts (Muktidhara), where pilgrims bathe to purify their karma and wash away sins. Participate in a purification session, guided by a spiritual leader or facilitator, incorporating elements of prayer, water blessings, and mindful breathing to release negativity and invite clarity.
Reflect on the day’s spiritual experiences through guided journaling, open sharing, and mindfulness practices.
Spend the evening enjoying a nourishing meal and relaxing in the tranquil atmosphere of the Himalayas.


Day 7
Transitions and Reflection
Early Morning Transfer from Muktinath to Jomsom
This drive is a time for quiet reflection. Depending on the weather, you might catch the first light of sunrise illuminating the towering peaks around you.
Upon arriving in Jomsom, board your flight to Pokhara, a city known as the gateway to the Annapurna region.
Once in Pokhara, take a scenic drive to the **World Peace Pagoda** perched on a hill overlooking Phewa Lake. This beautiful stupa, built by Japanese Buddhists, is a symbol of peace and harmony. Walk around the stupa, enjoying panoramic views of Phewa Lake, Pokhara Valley, and the majestic Annapurna range.
You spend some quiet time reflecting or meditating in this serene environment, letting the tranquility of the surroundings bring balance and clarity.
After exploring the Peace Pagoda, transfer to Pokhara’s airport for your flight back to Kathmandu.
Join a casual gathering with the group to share highlights, experiences, and gratitude for the journey.


Day 8
Feel what you really want
Final day in Nepal can offer a perfect blend of relaxation, reflection, and cultural immersion before you bid farewell to this beautiful country.
After packing and preparing for departure, we arrange a comfortable transfer to the airport.
Depending on your schedule, there May be several options:
Option 1: Last-Minute Shopping in Thamel - Kathmandu’s shopping hub.
Option 2: Relaxing Spa or Wellness Experience
Option 3: Cultural Lunch Experience at a traditional restaurant
